Bad Biker ships from many countries worldwide. We ensure that customs duties are pre-paid for most, if not all, countries. However, in the event of customs clearance issues in your country, Bad Biker is not responsible for covering additional costs or fulfilling these requirements.
Shipping times and fees may vary based on the destination country. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your package. The following conditions apply:
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without damage.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are 100% refundable unless items are damaged upon return, in which case partial refunds may apply.
To initiate a return, please send an email to returns@bad-biker.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Additional Information
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note that personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.
